Enzyme digestion DNA library construction kit is specially optimized for Illumina highthroughput sequencing platform DNA library construction kit. This kit realizes DNA fragmentation, terminal repair and the addition of 3'end DA tails in one step in a tube. At the same time, the resulting product does not need to be purified and can be directly used for the connection of Adapter. Compared with the common library construction methods, the shortest construction time of this kit is only 120min, which has many advantages such as simpler process, higher library conversion rate, wider sample compatibility, etc., and is widely applicable to the construction of PCR libraries for a variety of samples, and compatible with targeted capture process.

The data show

★The same GDNA library construction kit of Huameakang and Company K and Company N was used to extract DNA from the four samples respectively, with an initial amount of 200ng for library construction. The results of library concentration comparison were shown in the figure.
