　　As shown in the above 3 graphs, Kapa Hifi Uracil+ amplified with higher yield and less Bias between batches compared with Agilent PFU Turbo CX (Fig. B). The number of amplification cycles was 12, 14 or 16, respectively. Bioanalyzer2100 was used for product analysis (Figure A).

(3) Amplify the whole genome library of high A/T fungi

　As shown in the two figures above, Kapa Hifi Uracil+ amplified methylation library has obvious advantages over Agilent PFU Turbo CX, mainly reflected in the coverage depth and amplified high AT/GC template. The results in the above two figures are the results of sequencing by Lllumina Gallx of parasite genomic DNA amplified with Agilent PFU Turbo CX and Kapa Hifi Uracil+ after sulfite treatment, respectively.

(4) Human methylation sequencing: Kapa Hifi Uracil+ was used by USC Epigenome Center to evaluate the sequencing of human genome methylation libraries. Kapa Hifi Uracil+ improves the quality of DNA methylation sequencing in the human genome, especially in the case of high AT/GC content.
